The best idea for me from this talk was how you both attack long complex books a little at a time. For some reason I was in the "finish what you start right away camp" which led to not even trying some chunksters. I have always wanted to know more about the Napoleon era but didn't know where to start. Just checked out a new bio on him which seems well-written but formidable. It occurred to me after listening to you that I could read short parts every day and know lots more about N by Christmas!(duh).
